What you eat impacts nearly every facet of your life! Making healthy, food-related changes is one of the most supportive steps you can take to improve your general health. But it’s not always easy! I’m here to help.

Once someone knows what they should be doing in terms of food and exercise, the next step is figuring out the strategies that will help them accomplish those goals.

This is where my comprehensive Nutrition Sessions can help. I've been working in the field of nutrition and exercise for 20 years as a registered dietician (RD) and as a fitness instructor/personal trainer. I feel VERY strongly that changes should be made with a long term mindset. There are no quick fixes here!

THE TRUTH IS, IF YOU CAN’T COMMIT TO A CHANGE LONG TERM, IT MIGHT NOT BE WORTH DOING.

Let’s work together to find the gray, and not live in the black or white — you will be far more successful when you can allow yourself to enjoy small amounts of tempting foods rather than avoid them altogether. I offer one-to-one Nutrition Sessions, as well as joint two-to-one sessions, so you and a partner can support each other in working towards common goals. 

Feel like you need help with both food and physical activity? Let’s set up a longer session and make an informed plan for both! I offer combination Nutrition & Fitness sessions where I help clients come up with a guide to alter their caloric input (food) and their caloric output (exercise) to more efficiently meet their goals.

In these all-inclusive combination fitness and nutrition sessions, together we’ll create a plan for sustainable change. My goal is to help you find a way to enjoy your food and exercise routine. Imagine enjoying food and exercise! (It’s possible, I promise!)

2:1 Personalized
Nutrition Session

As with my 1:1 Nutrition Sessions, I’ll create a sustainable nutrition plan — this time for you and a partner.

  • 1 x 60-minute, 2-on-1 online session

  • A personalized nutrition plan, designed around both of your specific needs

  • Achievable, sustainable, long term goals

  • A mutually agreed upon commitment contract

$200 / COUPLE

combination fitness & Nutrition session (ONLINE)

In this 90-minute 1:1 session, we’ll discuss your individual challenges and goals.

I’ll create the ideal exercise and nutrition regimen based on your specific situation.

  • 1 x 90-minute, 1-on-1 online session

  • A personalized exercise plan, created just for you

  • A personalized nutrition plan

  • Achievable, sustainable, long term goals

  • A mutually agreed upon commitment contract

$225 / individual

Follow-up Sessions and Check-ins are available to all Nutrition Session clients, once the initial session is completed. Rates are as follows:

For individuals:

  • $75 / 30-min Follow-Up Session

  • $40 / 15-min check-in

for couples:

  • $75 / 30-min Follow-Up Session

The best thing you can do is forgive yourself for your faults. The next best thing you can do is learn from them and then get ready to work your aSS off.

  • I do all of my own booking & scheduling personally, so please contact me here >> Contact Me << and I’ll get you booked in!

  • Yes — once you've made an appointment I will hold you to it! If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or no show on me you'll be charged the full session price (but I'll send you a workout video as consolation).

  • Venmo, Apple Cash, or PayPal.

  • Absolutely! I'll leave it up to you to schedule any follow up sessions. My follow ups range from every other week to sometimes just a few sessions per year.

  • No, I’m sorry. I have found that I just about always need a full hour to gain a complete understanding of someone’s full food and/or exercise picture in order to make a personalized plan that I feel confident in.

    Shorter sessions are great for follow ups!

  • I’m probably not the right nutritionist for you!

    However, if you want to lose 5 pounds over a longer period of time and keep it off, then I could be the right R.D. for you.

  • Just schedule a session and let me take it from there. I promise to create a non-judgemental environment where we can set up goals that you feel comfortable with. Trust me, in 20 years of nutrition counseling, I’ve heard about a lot of unorthodox eating habits.
