It’s not about how fit you are, it’s about your willingness to work

Taking steps to improve your fitness isn’t always easy. Whether the barriers come from not knowing exactly what to do, feeling lackadaisical about working out alone, or from having limited time, I think I can help you! I believe that a workout doesn’t have to be long to be useful – but it does need to be efficient. I designed both of my Zoom classes to be well-rounded and totally complete. My goal is for them to be challenging but doable for you.

I offer two 30-minute online Zoom fitness classes each week with 2 different intensities:

My faster pace class (Sundays @ 9am EST) includes core, strength and cardio. This is a challenging class, but I give lots of modifications and I always encourage individuals to give it a try before deciding that it's too hard for them (the vast majority of people are surprised by how capable they are!)

My slower pace class (Thursdays @ 9am EST) includes core, strength, and balance work and is appropriate for most individuals.

All of my classes include a brief warm up, glute work, core work, strength training, and either cardio or balance work, and a stretch at the end. I also give modifications and progressions to accommodate a very wide range of ability levels in both classes.

While exercise works best when it's done consistently, I never require individuals to make a commitment to classes — it's truly a come when you can, no stress situation. Just remember, we are stronger when we work together.

Each class requires minimal equipment: Yoga mat, unweighted ball or pillow, light dumbbells (2-5 pounds usually work well — I use 3s). If you don’t own dumbbells, filled up water bottles are a great substitute.

ZOOM FITNESS CLASSES

  • Faster Pace class (core, strength, cardio) - Sundays at 9 am EST

All classes are recorded. Video recording will be supplied for those who aren’t able to attend live. Minimal equipment needed.
